Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, including cases of improper fit or incompatible anatomy. Please read product descriptions carefully or reach out with questions before purchasing to ensure our jewelry is suited for your piercing situation.

Our ear plugs are created to fit a variety of ear sizes, but are not one-size-fits-all. Our jewelry and ear plugs can't be re-sold once worn due to sanitation issues, so we unfortunately can't take them back or offer refunds.

We do offer replacements if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us via our website contact form or email kellyfox@loudervisuals.com if you receive an incorrect product, your order is incomplete, or anything arrives broken.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
